We are ready to help you reach your running goals!

Meet our Ornery Mule Coaching Physical Therapist,

Dr. Elsey

Liesle Elsey, DPT

Liesle graduated from Adrian College in 2008 and obtained her doctorate in Physical Therapy from Wayne State University in 2011.

She has spent her career in the outpatient physical therapy world. She has taken hundreds of hours in continuing education courses to better serve you; this ranges from muscle energy, instrumental assisted soft tissue massage (IASTM), cranial manipulation, dry needling, running gait analyst, pregnancy and post-partum corrective exercise specialist, and applied functional science as it relates to the respective running community and/or pelvic health realm.

She is a mom, wife, physical therapist, and runner. Liesle and her husband have four amazing children, two years apart. (Yes, it’s a busy household.) Running and pelvic health are her areas of specialty; both near and dear to her heart.

She offers in-person sessions as well as virtual consultations (for those not located in Michigan.) Contact coach connector for information for in-person services.

“I am a firm believer that everyone has the ability to run throughout their lifespan with the proper guidance.”

VIRTUAL SESSION

This virtual video session is used as a consultation to assess and guide you on your personal journey. You will be provided with education, exercises, and self-corrections to address your individual needs.

INITIAL EVALUATION

This initial session will help us understand where we are and where we need to go to address your personal goals.

Based on observation and subjective report, treatment will be modified and designed to progress toward your goals. This may include education, manual therapy, exercise intervention, and homework.
