    I own FlyNutrition based in Carbondale, CO. I have a B.A. in Biology/Pre-Veterinary Medicine from the University of Richmond, B.S. in Human Nutrition from Metropolitan State University in Denver, and completed my dietetic internship through the University of Northern Colorado. I offer virtual sports nutrition coaching for endurance athletes.

    I own Way of Life Nutrition and Fitness and have been in practice for 20 years. I have experience consulting with many different types of individuals, groups, and sports teams. My consults can focus on sports nutrition as well as eating disorders, endocrine/hormone nutrition, gut health, and vegan/vegetarian nutrition. I have worked with an array of athletes from endurance, ultra-endurance, and power-based sports to equestrians, rock climbers, dancers, figure skaters, and gymnasts.
