Every person is multi-faceted & unique which is why I focus on an individualized holistic approach. My philosophy involves nurturing an environment of positivity and passion to support lifelong health. Check your ego at the door and get ready to run stronger, better, different in this season of life!

Coaching Speciality:
If you are a woman entering your forties and beyond, navigating hormones and trying to balance training let's work together. Getting older doesn't mean you have to give up running or training.  Is training with your dog important to you? I’ve go you there too!

My Story

I wasn’t initially a runner but had some health concerns I was experiencing in my early 20s. I had always been very active until college, enter the freshman habits. I quickly realized it was not how I wanted to live, certainly not living life to its fullest. After exploring some group fitness classes I struggled with consistency, showing up due to scheduling, and overall decided that I needed to take on something solo. No distractions, not relying on anyone else. Finding time that fits my schedule rather than making my schedule fit someone else’s class time. One thing led to another, and I slipped on a pair of running shoes. On a college budget, it seemed to be the path of least resistance, easiest to gain entry to the sport. After more than 20 years of hobby running and lots of seasons in life, I decided it was time to apply my experiences and expertise as a running coach. There is nothing better than having someone be your cheerleader, take the guesswork out of training, and just be able to show up and train. With over a dozen trail races and lots of road racing I am a diverse, experienced, and strong runner. As I embark on some of the most challenging years as a female athlete; queue perimenopause I hope to connect to the community of women that are struggling through the transition in life we are all inevitably confronted with and are often overlooked among female athletes. As we age, it is not a time to accept that we will not be stronger, faster, or more powerful in body and mind. When you are ready to advance your training, into or through life stages that are inevitable, I am here for you!
