Spicy Quinoa Salad

1 Can of sweet corn

1 Can of black beans

1 Can of garbanzo beans

2-3 Roma tomatoes

1 jalapeño (I leave the seeds in:)

1 sweet onion

1 English cucumber

1 red pepper

1/2 cup cooked quinoa

2 fresh squeezed lime

Mix - about 2-3 tablespoons Olive oil, 1-2 tablespoons of garlic, lots of crushed red pepper, 2 limes and Himalayan pink salt to taste!

Mix it all up for a yummy salad!
