Pineapple Punch

Ingredients:

1/3 20-oz bag frozen strawberries

1 banana

1/2 15-oz can pineapple (including juice), or several slices of fresh pineapple

½ cup plain yogurt

2-3 tbsp unsalted sunflower seeds or 2 tbsp of any other nut or seed butter

6 ozs orange juice

Directions: Blend for about 30 seconds, then serve.
